Bureau of Noses
The Bureau of Noses showcases my editing, directing and writing skills. The film opens with a lively runaway scene timed to the music using day-to-night special effects, heightened by the inclusion of an artificial moon. This fast-paced action captures the audience’s attention and introduces elements of the film’s unique visual style. Suddenly, in the morning, the film faces a sudden twist of Dan’s nose running away, the brothers now must venture to retrieve it. Originally, there was an explanation that Dan’s drink had been contaminated, causing this to happen, but this was hard to visually present and ultimately left out due to time restrictions. They chase after the nose to an underground facility, “The Bureau of Noses”. After waiting to be consulted, being told they must live in an underground city they realise that the Bureau is actually a containment facility for humans, whilst the noses take over the earth. The nose removal special effects was a self-developed technique requiring precision frame-by-frame editing. through my planning and communication skills, I secured multiple locations. This film presents my ambition and willingness to push myself not to play it safe but to explore the medium.
This is the original screenplay the film is based on a lot had changed or been removed by the time I had planned its shooting, but it still provides valuable insight into the world-building and motivations of the characters.

The Cyclist (2025)
The Cyclist is designed to feature my ability to create beautiful cinematography featuring many stunning shots of sunset and refelection. Production was smooth, with filming in one afternoon after planning the plot and shots. The film also has a message of anti-consumerism with so many “aesthetic” films made, this film questions the nature of the audience’s captured attention.
